Write an 8 page, “I believe essay” about an ‘ideal organization’. This essay will be an integration of student learning in this course, the knowledge gained in the workplace, and beliefs/views about how an organization can become successful, and be an ideal place to work. You should include topics learned in this class; employee engagement, talent management, feedback and coaching, positive organizational culture, the learning organization, as well any other topic that you see fit; for example, teams and reward systems.
