This writing assignment is for my outline of my capstone project, which must be directed towards Homeland Security. Even though my topic is Disasters in the United States, my professor wants me to narrow my focus towards something along the lines of mitigation efforts, response efforts, etc towards cyberattack incidents, natural disasters, or counterterrorism efforts to combat man-made disasters.
