60 to 70 sources are required to develop a literature review for DBA the sources must be contemporary no older that four years. Staff wrongdoing are one of the main challenges acting as a hindrance to Saudi Arabia’s economic growth. Fraudulent practices in particular lower the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization. This research set out to explore and critically evaluate the impact of Governance, risk and compliance framework in the private sector of Saudi Arabia. GRC are a set of rules set up by governing bodies to help in the enhancing of internal control environment. The creation of GRC programs has a psychological basis to them as regulators try to make GRC programs that the majority can abide. A comprehensive analysis primary and secondary data will be employed to strengthen this study and cover all the required sections for research fact finding. The study will focus on content analysis on various sources, which included textbooks, journals, and other documented sources of data such as financial reports by various regulatory bodies.
