Argumentative essay

Essay question: Who “won” the spanish war of succession. The essay must be analytical and critical. It should talk about the actors involved and the wars fought. The treaties that came up and resolved it. The answer should be answered from an International Relations perspective. Looking at the theories and concepts involved (such as the theory of balance of power), the international arena, the impacts. The should not exceed more than 2900 words. I will provide some of the sources, however, not all. I need at least 10 sources/references but if it is more that is fine.
