Hookup culture

based on the readings from either from The Social Construction of Inequality and Difference or The Age of Inequality:  -“if you don’t kiss me, you’re dumped”: boys, boyfriends, and heterosexualized masculinities in primary school (Emma Renold)  -“whats so cultural about hookup culture?” (Lisa wade) The article you select will provide the issue or problem to research: some examples based on articles we’ve read so far this semester include the racial wealth gap, transgender student athletes, immigration laws, hookup culture, homelessness, union-busting, low-wage work, and gentrification. You’ll need to choose an article about a topic that you can find more information to build on, so choose wisely!
